Chelsea’s 1980s-inspired bar Maggie’s is making a splash this summer with an Under the Sea Supper Club in partnership with Très Chic on Friday, 8th July. Guests can look forward to an evening of exceptional seafood creations in an enchanting ocean-themed setting alongside tropical cocktails served in coconuts and pineapples concocted by Maggie’s talented bar team.

Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with colourful flower leis and a glass of Moet et Chandon champagne. Maggie’s will be transformed into an island oasis, complete with lush kelp hanging from the ceiling, palm trees, starfish centerpieces and colourful coral adorning the walls, creating a laid back island vibe for guests to kick back and relax. Upbeat Calypso and Reggae music will be pumping throughout the venue, transporting guests to a remote island club party. The Maggie’s staff will be decked out in their finest outfits fit to hit the beach and guests are encouraged to rock their most tropical attire too! Tropical Belvedere cocktails will be floating around for guests to enjoy throughout the Supperclub.

Tres Chic head chefs Nick Hudson and Sebastian Cooke have created an innovative array of bottomless sweet and savoury canapés for guests to indulge in including Foie Gras Lollipops, Spinach and Goat Cheese Crostini with truffle honey, exotic Mushroom Vol au Vents, Black Forest Gateaux and Macaroons. Talented Sushi master, Chef Taka has created exciting Oriental European fusion menus, such as Tuna Nigiri with chili and truffle, Salmon with lime puree and Sea Bass Aburi with Ponzu.

As the sun sets, the Under the Sea soiree will carry on with a live Caribbean Steel Band getting guests into the groove and out on the dance floor! The Maggie’s bar team will be mixing up tropical Pina Coladas, Long Island Ice Teas and Sex on the Fulham Beach cocktails to enjoy all night long.

About Maggie’s

Maggie’s is named after 1980s Prime-Minister-turned-icon Maggie Thatcher. Inception Group also own and operate secret Chelsea-based bar, Barts, the acclaimed Bunga Bunga, an Englishman’s Italian bar, pizzeria and karaoke venue in Battersea, Mr Fogg’s Residence in Mayfair, Brazilian-inspired nightclub Cocobananas, mountain cabin and dance saloon, Beaver Lodge, Cahoots, a late-night bar that transports guests back in time to an abandoned 1940s themed underground tube station, and most recently they launched Mr Fogg’s Tavern in Covent Garden, a Victorian-inspired Pub, Gin Parlour and Salon.
