Super Saturday of Sport

40 sports and activities for all ages to try for FREE including American Football, Tennis, Rugby, Basketball, Skateboarding, Cricket, Freerunning/Parkour, Yoga, Tai Chi, Taekwondo, Wrestling, Football, Slacklining, Cycling...and much more. There will be mindfulness workshops alongside inspirational speakers such as James Bond villain Sebastien Foucan. Clare Balding will open the event and start the traditional mascot race! Get there early to collect one of 500 medals.
