Ongoing drop-in activities for all ages

Alongside Samara Scott’s outdoor installation and Sally Troughton’s exhibition, artist Jasleen Kaur has created a display of reimagined objects for visitors to add to, with activities open for all to enjoy during gallery opening hours.

Objects often trigger memories, reminding us of past histories, places, people or feelings. Those memories can be hazy, mixed up or made up. From June to August 2016, Jasleen has worked with families and residents of Doddington & Rollo estates to create a collection of reimagined objects that capture these unclear memories and offer a hybrid of narratives. Drop in to the Project Space and add to the collection of remade objects exploring how we might collect other senses that make up an experience or memory.
