This summer, La Maison Maille, the gourmet French mustard brand, is launching Fête de la Gastronomie. A two-week celebration of food, the festival will celebrate London’s finest flavour creators with a French twist.

Maille has teamed up with eight of London's best restaurants and producers who have created a bespoke collection of delectable dishes available during La Fête at their respective venues.

The Maille 'Flavour Creators' include Galvin Bistrot de Luxe, Grain Store, Maître Choux, Bibendum, Finks Salt and Sweet, Cobble Lane Cured, Wildes Cheese and Moxon’s. During the two weeks, you can visit their restaurants and shops to try their limited edition dishes.

The dishes include:
Galvin Bistrot de Luxe: BBQ & southern fried rabbit, rosemary honey mustard mayonnaise and watercress
Grain Store: Ricotta and wholegrain mustard, stuffed courgette flowers, with potato and parsley velouté
Bibendum: Sauté scallops with samphire, pancetta and Wholegrain mustard beurre blanc
Fink's Salt and Sweet: Seared tuna tataki with a ponzu dressing and a Dijon mustard crisp hat
Cobble Lane Cured: Nduja and wholegrain mustard scotch egg
Moxon’s: Beech smoked haddock croquette with Dijon mustard, served with spring onion mayonnaise
Wildes Cheese: Trio of mustard washed cheese
Maître Choux: Duo of éclairs: Strawberries, basil & mascarpone and caramel
As part of Fête de la Gastronomie, Maille will host an alfresco dining experience - La Rive Gauche. On 26th July, Maille with turn the Southbank into Paris’s Left Bank where the bespoke dishes will be served up together for 150 guests. Against the breathtaking backdrop of St. Pauls and the Thames, the long-table banquet will embody the essence of Parisian gastronomy paired with the vibrant London food scene. Champagne will be provided by our drinks partner Vranken Pommery UK.

To continue celebrations throughout the year, food aficionados can visit La Maison Maille’s Piccadilly Boutique for a series of one-off culinary events. As London’s embassy of French flavour, the boutique will host exclusive sessions from a variety of inspiring food experts, plus the opportunity to preview brand new Maille flavours.
