Phil Kay
Phil's comedy is a unique blend of energy, improvisation and leaps of imagination that take his audience on a joyride they'll never forget. Even Phil has no idea what might happen when he unleashes his improvised comedy mayhem. He possesses the rare gift of creating a space where audiences feel like they are kids again, all taking part in a practical joke.

Phil Kay burst on to the comedy circuit in 1989, when he won the new act contest So You Think You're Funny in only its second year. His unpredictable, freestyle approach won him a Perrier nomination in 1993 and the award for best stand-up at the 1994 British Comedy Awards.

The Greatest Show on Legs
Martin Soan leads this legendary alt-comedy sketch troupe, best known for the ridiculously funny 'balloon dance' skit, try out never before seen material. The late great Malcolm Hardee, dubbed the godfather of alternative comedy, was a member in the ’70s and ’80s and the current line up also contains Danny Frost and Luke Ireland.

Twisted Loaf
Highly experienced physical performers Libby Northedge and Nina Smith have honed their individual skills in acting, comedy improvisation and clowning to create their own unique style. They won the Funny Women Award within a year of forming and are now developing an idea for BBC Radio 4 Comedy and BBC3's online Comedy Feeds.

Candy Gigi
Dating Guru/ Tinder user /vegetable based comic. Winner of the 2014 Malcolm Hardee award for comic originality at the 2014 Edinburgh Fringe, and finalist in the NATYs 2014 Candy is an inspired performer who turns the contents of your fridge into a surreal world of fun.

The Story Beast
2015 Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Awards Best Newcomer Nominee and Malcolm Hardee Comic Originality Award Nominee 2015 John Henry Falle (of Radio 4, Chortle-nominated sketch idiots, The Beta Males) hath now become The Story Beast. Behold his rattle-bag of demented tales, terrifying ritual and unrelenting Anglo-Saxon lolz…

All compered by the silly charm of Edward At Last

There’s a wide selection of refreshments to choose from at the first floor bar and our resident DJ playing the music and all that.
