The London Beer Factory are partnering up with Stir Coffee to launch a series to bring the best of Brixton and around. On Thursday the 28th of July, Stir Coffee will be opening their doors after hours in association with The London Beer Factory with local street food vendors and artists for the monthly series to celebrate what the local community has to offer.

Be amongst the first to try The London Beer Factory brews in 360 degree can technology, the first in the UK to bring their entire range of craft beer in a can with a completely removable top, allowing for the full aromas and flavours to leap out. Serving favourites such as Paxton IPA and Beyond the Pale with their monthly changing pilot range including a summer edition of Strawberry & Cream Ale. The London Beer Factory Tap Taxi will be parked up outside, allowing guests to freely sample their brews straight from the taxi taps.

Neighbourhood favourite Stir Coffee will be creating innovative coffee based cocktails. Using beans from Mission Coffee Works, Round Hill Roastery, Yallah Coffee Roasters and Man Versus Machine, paired with The London Beer Factory’s Sayers Stout, the guys have created a espresso martini and coffee negroni for the event.

Throughout the night pizza deliveries will be made from the guys over at Made of Dough, currently based in a converted shipping container in Pop Brixton. Inspired by Campania & Andalusia, Made of Dough started as a mobile pizza truck in 2014 by old school mates Henry and Ed. Since then, the pair went on to win the London Pizza Festival, with their creation being crowned “best in the UK”. At the event, choose between either the Margherita with San Marzano Tomato, fior di latte, extra virgin olive oil & fresh basil or Chorizo with Brindisa chorizo & piquillo peppers on a margherita.

Brixton born and raised Szymek Lawik and Martin Lefteri from the South London DJ collective bring their successful night ‘Feel The Drive’ to the evening. Encompassing Italo, Disco, House, Techno, New Beat and Wave; Lawik and Lefteri will be playing records, live samples and FX during the event.

The London Beer Factory & Stir Coffee event will run once a month, with a selection of local vendors, street food stalls, musicians and artists.

Tickets are priced at £10 including entry, beer on arrival and a pizza.
