This month, Chaos Theory brings you a bunch of new hardcore, punk and metal bands to The Facemelter.

--------------------
Massacres

This freshly-formed four-piece have arrived with a hearty appetite for cut-throat riffs, savage vocals and unhinged live performances. Their debut EP 'BRUTUS' , recorded with producer Jason Wilson (Reuben, The Ghost Of A Thousand, You Me At Six), was released in February this year and received great reviews from all over.

Their track 'Death Knell' has already been featured on the cover CD of Metal Hammer in April, so these guys have got chops. Get involved and check them out before they start to get big.

“A blend of brute force and smart surprises” - Metal Hammer

--------------------
DKH

An absolutely furious five-piece from Brighton, crushing hardcore, harsh electronics, noise and sludge together to make a glorious onslaught of sound.

They've shared the stage with Torche, Monotonix, Ken Mode, Art of Burning Water, Drainland, Hawkeyes, Dead Existence, Astrohenge, The Painted Smiles, Dysrhythmia and Magrudergrind, so we doubt that it'll be a quiet one!

Check out their last few EPs on their bandcamp, you won't regret it.

"Fans of Cave-In, Converge, High on Fire and Superjoint Ritual take heed and rejoice" - Heavy Planet

--------------------
Captive

These Londoners are bringing their own take on melodic hardcore to a wider audience this year with their first major release 'This House'. Fusing melodic and post-hardcore, and calling on influences including Being As An Ocean, Architects, and Underoath, these guys will satisfy fans of old and new sounds in the heavy world.
