Please join us in celebrating Holland House’s centenary year on 17th - 18th September 9am-1pm, when we’ll be opening its doors to the public for Open House London. As part of Open House, visitors will be able to view the reception, ground floor lobby, downstairs lobby, garden, first floor lobby and boardroom.*

Holland House was commissioned by Wm. H. Muller & Co, a Dutch conglomerate, and designed by Hendrik Petrus Berlage, Holland’s most pre-eminent architect. The building materials were shipped to London by Muller & Co.’s own ships, and the meeting rooms contain original mahogany stripped from one of their ships when the contract came to an end in 1919.

Today the building provides office space thanks to Landmark Plc which undertook a comprehensive restoration in 2007.

If you’d like to find out more about Holland House’s history call 020 7870 9396.

*Please note that entrance is on a first come first served basis and queuing will be outside if necessary. The last entry time on each day is 12.45pm. Full access is available for people with disabilities, however Landmark Plc will need prior notice to accommodate this. Landmark Plc’s staff will be accompanied by four stewards and two guides from Open House. This event is covered by Open House’s public liability insurance.
