As the international fashion industry ponders the ongoing questions - Is the African marketplace ripe for business? Is Africa Fashion’s final frontier? Is there a growing consumer market in Africa ready to buy? Can Africa be realistically open for international business? Africa Fashion Guide continues to take the bull by its horns and deliver results focused events to address these issues. By strategically bringing together influential stakeholders and actors, being an industry catalyst changing perceptions of Africa’s fashion and textile industry and most importantly encouraging fashion business in Africa!

In September 2016, Africa Fashion Guide turns five years old and therefore for our 5th year anniversary Fashion Africa Conference event we are extremely pleased to announce our cohort of professional industry speakers.

Features of our 2016 anniversary event:

• One room will host our popular panel style conferences that will raise certain questions for audience interaction.
• Also, a concise selection of top-class industry leaders and professionals will share top business and industry knowledge and expertise under “THE AFRICAN MARKET” theme covering retail, consumers, production, technology and more! These will be presented in bite size TedX presentation style in the morning.
• The second room will host our first expo African fashion product. Our Fashion Africa Trade Expo (the F.A.T.E.) for retail and sourcing of African fashion product is open to international businesses producing in Africa (space is highly limited for the launch event but email [email protected] for info)
• Resources and tools along with trend and textile information will be available throughout the rooms to support your venture into the African fashion and textile industry. It’s THE African fashion business event of the year not to be missed!
