Cultivate Festival

The Cultivate festival is for everyone interested in growing food in Waltham Forest, whether your food growing space is squeezed into a window sill, a doorway, stretches across an urban garden, transforms a community garden or an enterprising market garden.

Across Waltham Forest there are a number of events including a Produce Show, a People's Food Fair - including local beer and cider festival, a Gardener's Q&A Session and a number of Networking Events. Throughout the festival with help from Waltham Forest Council we are hosting a Big Compost Giveaway. (Back in the Spring, we gave away nearly 200 tonnes of compost!)
