The Taming of the Shrew

Returning to The Camden Fringe for their tenth consecutive year, prodigious all- female troupe Get Over It Productions are deliriously happy to be celebrating a DECADE in bed with the Camden Fringe.

This year with their version of the Bard's hardcore comedy, The Taming of the Shrew, they are hoping that the Camden audiences will once again submit to their charms.

'Sit by my side, and let the world slip, we shall ne'er be younger.’

We all know the story...... A rich merchant of his day has two daughters. The younger renowned for her beauty and grace, the older for her cutting tongue and unruly behaviour. To ensure that both are married off, he proclaims that no man shall woo the younger until the elder first be wed.

Get Over It Productions set their version of the play in the height of the rave scene - 1989. This unique setting promises to deliver a perspective never seen before......
