Candlelit Vinyasa Flow yoga

Experience a graceful Vinyasa flow yoga class set to music and lit only by candles. Enhanced by the darkness, the class will encourage you to look deep within yourself, allowing you to de-stress.

Led by expert instructor, Karin Lilleberg from Wellbeing by Karin, she will help you stretch a little deeper, a little farther and a little longer, while strengthening the mind, body and soul.

This session is for over 18's only and open to all levels - from beginner to expert, but please do remember to bring your mats with you.
