From 7:30am, London's premier Gong master, Leo Cosendai, will lead you through relaxing breathing techniques, meditation and a wonderful Gong bath. T

his will be followed by a nutritious and delicious breakfast, from LiEBES, which can be eaten in or taken away. The event will finish just after 8am, leaving you time to get to work, rejuvenated.
