Do you feel like you have more skills, talent, passion and ideas to contribute to your work than you’re currently able to?

Do you ever feel like you work hard in your job, but there’s something missing to help you get to the next level?

Do you ever feel like your work could be more meaningful, engaging and that as well as earning more, you want to make more of a contribution to the world?

Have you ever wondered how legends of industry like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Richard Branson, Oprah Winfrey and others like them were able to be so successful, while so many others struggle to achieve their goals?
Aside from the hard work they put in, one of the single biggest factors in their success has been having the right mentor to guide them at the right time. To get that idea made, to get to the next level in their career, or to have a highly resourced network of individuals to help them advance.

If you would like to learn how you could find the right support and guidance through mentorship, then check out the details below...

At this event, you will:
Learn how having a mentor to guide and support you can help you achieve your specific career-related goals and potentially exceed them.

Connect with like-minded and like-hearted people who want to develop in their careers as part of a peer-mentoring group which can develop beyond this event.
Understand what stops people from achieving their career goals and how you can avoid those challenges.
Learn how you can start taking practical steps to getting the support and guidance you need and want.

Who Are We And Why Are We Holding This Event?
Lighthouse International has been researching into what separates highly successful people from those who struggle to achieve for the last 12 years. We have spoken with thousands of individuals, businesses and charities across London to find out what that difference is. One of the hardest challenges for a mentor we’ve found is actually finding a mentee with the right mindset!! So we are looking for individuals we can put forward to get mentorship opportunities in their careers and start-up businesses.

Our win is that we develop an expansive, global network of leaders, entrepreneurs and pioneers across all industries to help us build the businesses and projects we want to. This includes one of our major projects at the moment to help children across the world receive clean drinking water. You can find out more about this and our other projects on our website and at our event...
