MS Life

MS Life is the biggest free lifestyle event for people with multiple sclerosis (MS) in Europe.

People from all over the world come to the event to hear top scientists talk about the latest research, go to workshops that will help you live well with MS, and make new friends. Organised by the MS Society, there are a variety of workshops to attend over the weekend, including sessions on symptom management and work and benefits, through to demonstrations from top chefs, and a chance to get involved in yoga, dancing and other accessible activities in our Get Active zone. There will also be an MS Spa offering a little pampering and relaxation as well as interactive Science zones with activities for the whole family.
