Pelvic Floor Week

Westfield London in Shepherd’s Bush is playing host to a week-long programme of free activities from Monday 19th September 2016 to raise awareness of Pelvic Floor Week and educate on the importance of pelvic floor strength.

Pelvic floor experts INNOVO® are inviting people to stop by their dedicated stand and take part in the various free events on offer including massages, pelvic floor strengthening exercise sessions and workshops, informative talks by experts and one to one expert consultations. .

One in three women in the UK suffer urinary leaks all the time, and the aim of this programme of free events is to get people talking and learning more about what they can do to prevent this happening.
