Join us for a very special evening event to celebrate our latest exhibition, 'The Price of a Mile'.
The exhibition is the third in a series honouring the work of doctors who gave anaesthesia and pain relief during the First World War.
Dr Emily Mayhew, author of 'Wounded', will give a talk on medical care during the First World War, followed by a panel discussion with experts in the history of surgery and anaesthesia. There will also be a drinks reception and a private view of the exhibition.
