In a buzzing Bengali bazaar, a cunning market trader and a soulful Baul singer squabble over the meaning of life, their words magically bringing to life the items for sale around them! After discovering a speck of dirt on his feet King Hobu sends Minister Gobu on a quest to rid the land of dirt …in three days. If he fails he shall be forever exiled! No idea is too farfetched for Gobu, Colourful characters and unexpected landscapes emerge to tell the hilarious tale of the Invention of Shoes.
