Original, provocative and exceptionally prolific, the last two years have been non-stop for Dane Baptiste. The London born stand up made comedy history in 2014 as the first black British act to be nominated for a Fosters Award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for his debut show Citizen Dane. Earlier this year he completed his first nationwide tour of his latest critically acclaimed and hit show Reasonable Doubts in addition to a sold out run at The Soho Theatre. He has also created, written and starred in his own sitcom series - Sunny D - for BBC Three (out this October) and made numerous other TV and radio appearances including Live at the Apollo (BBC Two), Tonight at the London Palladium (ITV1) Mock the Week (BBC Two), Live from the BBC (BBC Two), The News Quiz (BBC Radio 4), Sweat the Small Stuff (BBC Three), and Virtually Famous (E4).

Due to huge popular demand, Dane has announced a second Soho Theatre run to add to the second leg of his ‘Reasonable Doubts’ UK tour. The five date run starts on 1st November in their downstairs space.
