Ping Coombes Breakfast Club

MasterChef 2014 winner Ping Coombes is launching her brand new South-East Asian inspired breakfast menu at Chi Kitchen, and to celebrate Ping will be hosting her first ‘Breakfast Club’ at the Oxford Street restaurant. Guests will be able to enjoy an ever-changing set menu of pan-Asian breakfast treats, including Ping’s signature ‘Nasi Lemak’, a sweet and savoury dish combining coconut rice with anchovies, sambal, cucumber, peanuts and a fried egg. This event will be the first in a series of monthly breakfast clubs hosted by Ping.
