Penny Burdett - 30 Years in the making

Penny Burdett celebrates 30 years of being a designer/maker will this one in a lifetime exhibition which traces the development of her work and how the combination of Art, Fashion and sheer wearability has driven her designs. Penny's love of surface pattern and her unusual colour combinations are perfectly showcased and over time, she has built up a significant archive of work, and a wealth of unusual photographic shots of her ArtKnit pieces and she will also be launching her book featuring these photographs. Penny continues to produce new designs in her North London shop/workshop, all made locally by talented craft workers, her distinctive knitwear selling to the world.
