Rehearsed Readings Of New Work.
Every month, on a Sunday evening, we will present rehearsed readings of two new works by emerging writers.

Each evening will feature pieces of new writing, giving writers the chance to have their work read in front of a responsive audience. It will also give the audience the chance to witness new work, in its early stages, and provide informal feedback directly to the writers to help the pieces develop.

The evening will last approx. 2 hours with an interval between plays. The season runs one Sunday a month from March to July 2016.

This season will run at 5.30pm on the following dates:
18th September, 16th October (Black History Month Special), 20th November (Voila! French Language Special), 18th December 2016
15th January, 19th February, 19th March, 16th April, 21st May, 18th June & 16th July 2017

Applications for the 2016 season are now open! If you’re a writer, director, producer or theatre-maker and have a piece of new writing that you’d like to put on its feet, in front of an audience, then this is the place for it.

If you have a piece to read and you’d like to apply, then you can do so here. Need more information, click here to find out the full details.

ACCESSIBILITY: The show takes place in one of our upstairs studios, which is only accessible up a spiral staircase. Also, numbers are strictly limited, so it is strongly advisable to book in advance.
