Dr. Charlotte de Mille (music programme curator for The Courtaulds Gallery), Rosie Clifford (mezzo) and Natalie Burch (piano). This lecture is part of our 'Opera and the other Arts' series. Dr. de Mille will examine the work of the under-performed composer Emmanuel Chabrier and his admiration for the Impressionist artists. Rosie will then explore his music and composition style .

Opera Prelude is a small charity passionate about supporting young professional opera singers who give lecture recitals in London. These friendly and inclusive events will introduce you to the international opera singers of tomorrow by way of recitals, concerts and masterclasses.
