Put your senses on a voyage of discovery at Laithwaite’s Flagship wine tasting event.

With a new venue and over 90 wonderful wines from around the world, Laithwaite’s Live is back and this year it’s bigger and better than ever. Set in the stunning Royal Horticultural Halls and hosted by Tom Laithwaite, the flagship event from Laithwaite’s Wine gives wine lovers the chance to travel the world from a glass, discovering new and exciting styles from a host of talented producers.

Attendees can make their way around a range of tasting zones, with everything from ‘Wonderful Bubbles and Artisan Beers’ to ‘Irresistible Old World’. This year, for the first time, Laithwaite’s Live is also giving consumers the chance to go on a journey of the senses, with special events taking place such as a Tasting in the Dark tent, as well as Virtual Reality tours of Le Chai au Quai winery in Bordeaux.

Ticketholders will have the chance to talk tasting notes with Tony and Barbara Laithwaite, whilst
soaking up their wine with nibbles from fantastic foodie guests such as The Real Olive Company, Paxton and Whitfield, Ibéricos de Huelva and many more. Laithwaite’s Live’s legendary master classes are part of the schedule with favourites such as Cheese and Wine pairings and wine cocktails.

Beth Willard, Wine Buyer for Laithwaite’s Wine, says: “Laithwaite’s Live is always a brilliant event and with 2016 being the first to take place at The Royal Horticultural Halls, everyone has been working incredibly hard to make sure it’s the best one yet. If the great selection of wines wasn’t enough to tempt you to come along, then you simply have to try out some of our special events this year. Tasting wine will never quite be the same.”

Tickets for the afternoon and evening shows on 4-5th November cost £30 and can be purchased via the Laithwaite’s Wine website.
