Rickmansworth Players are proud to present: “A Christmas Cracker!” – their first ever Festive Family Concert.
In a departure from the usual seasonal choir concert, the performing arts society is involving all its members, young and old in the festivities. The concert will feature not just seasonal a capella favourites from the Rickmansworth Players Choir, but also singing and dancing from their award-winning Youth and Junior groups.
"This will be a real feel-good event, with something for all the family", says choir director Pete Gold, whose wife Clare and son Sam are also performing in the concert. “I’m looking forward to hearing all those voices singing in harmony, and seeing our community
gathered together in celebration”.
Repertoire includes ‘Somewhere only we know’, ‘I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day’, ‘Little Drummer boy’, ‘Lullay my liking’, ‘Food, glorious food!’, ‘I'd Do Anything’, and many more.
Mince pies and mulled wine are promised, plus a visit from Santa.
