John Lewis Launches Festive ‘Treetorials’ For Showstopping Trees This Christmas

This Christmas, John Lewis has introduced a series of complimentary ‘Treetorial’ masterclasses, designed to offer customers advice and inspiration to allow them to prepare the perfect tree for their home this Christmas.

The 30-minute drop-in masterclasses will be available in John Lewis Oxford Street and Peter Jones shops at 1pm every day from Tuesday, 1st November, until 17 December. The ‘Treetorial’ sessions will give customers the opportunity to pick up top tips from an expert Tree Stylist to help them create a Christmas tree that will be the focal point of any home this festive season.

Customers can choose from the following four masterclasses.

The Best Dressed Tree
Tree Stylists will show you how to get started, and help you choose a theme perfect for your home to make the most of your tree. You will be taken through this year’s key trends, and offers helpful hints on where and how to style and balance baubles, to the failsafe formulas for choosing lights to help a tree twinkle, all allowing customers to create a Christmas centrepiece to celebrate.

The Showstopper
For customers who want to make their neighbours green with envy this Christmas, the Showstopper masterclass will share the secrets of a head turning tree with helpful hacks on creating the perfect silhouette using expert tweaking techniques, to this year’s fashionable favourites and decorations to covet.

The Family Tree
This masterclass shows customers how to ignite children’s imaginations this Christmas with a truly magical tree. John Lewis experts will share the secrets of transforming a tree into an adventure playground for the whole family with a collection of fun characters, cuddly animals and colourful lights, to ensure a tree that shines throughout the festive period.

Real Tree Rules
Whether it’s your first real tree or a family tradition, a John Lewis expert navigate real tree rules with a step-by-step guide to getting the most out of a real Christmas tree. These masterclasses will be available exclusively to the Oxford Street branch every Thursday from 1 December.
