Come down and try out our specially designed Nano 7 WOD and represent your box - if you get the best time, you could win a special prize! If you don’t want to compete, then just show your support by coming down and cheering people on in what is going to be a great day for fitness fans. If you're just starting out, not to worry, our Reebok Brand Ambassador will be on hand to offer advice and tips.
