In the summer of 1896, dock worker Samuel Vaile suddenly lost his job - and then he lost everything else. 120 years on, his great-great-great-grandaughter would like to talk to you about class, work, mental illness, and how far we've come in a century. In this scratch show, Lauren Mooney takes a personal look at social mobility then and now.
Directed by Sara Joyce.
Lauren is the producer for Kandinsky Theatre Company and co-wrote their most recent show, Still Ill. This is her first solo show.
'Inventive, cerebral yet approachable, and unexpectedly funny' Exeunt on Still Ill by Kandinsky
