Opera Prelude: ‘Bizet: The Pioneer in the Shadows’ The Pearl Fishers – Bizet and Orientalism

Lewis Gaston will take us inside the score of The Pearl Fishers, set in an exotic land , to discover many of the techniques Bizet first used that later became his hallmark. Lewis will be assisted by Callie and Alex bringing to life the words and music from a selection of arias.
