Lewis Gaston(conductor), Callie Gaston(soprano),Alex Haigh(tenor) and Laurie O’Brien(piano)

Lewis Gaston will take us inside the score of The Pearl Fishers, set in an exotic land , to discover many of the techniques Bizet first used that later became his hallmark. Lewis will be assisted by Callie and Alex bringing to life the words and music from a selection of arias.

Opera Prelude is a small charity passionate about supporting young professional opera singers who give lecture recitals in London. These friendly and inclusive events will introduce you to the international opera singers of tomorrow by way of recitals, concerts and masterclasses.
