Sprit of Romance: Exhibition paintings and poetry

Magdalena Rutkowska, has announced the latest in a series of sparkling exhibitions she is organising at the prestigious Eaton Terrace Gallery in Belgravia.

Spirit Of Romance, Magdalena confides, will set a wonderfully intimate and warm mood as the capital prepares for its annual outpouring of love on Valentines Day. Due to run from 25.01.2009 to 31.01.2009, the show will focus on the tender and the erotic, symbolising the yearnings for connection we all have inside.
For inspiration, Magdalena has drawn on William Shakespeare's wonderfully evocative Sonnet 24:

'Mine eye hath played the painter, and hath stell'd
Thy beauty's form in table of my heart;
My body is the frame wherein 'tis held,
And perspective it is best painter's art.'

Every lover draws a picture of his beloved in his heart, and keeps it there. Through this truly memorable exhibition, Magdalena will help us to unlock the pictures in our own hearts and live our emotions to the full.
