“We’re going to the party, And I hope you are hardy, So please don’t be naughty, For it’s a punky reggae party!” (Bob Marley).
Championed by NME, Kerrang and Zane Lowe, The King Blues will be headlining a night of live music and DJ’s in what we expect will be a rare opportunity to see this band perform live in such an intimate setting. Having recently signed a major record deal and seeing both their last two singles in the top 40, their fusion of reggae, punk and folk has struck a chord across the musical spectrum and has seen them make the jump to the mainstream from their underground base where they have built a loyal and respected following.
In addition comes support from three further live bands and three incredible DJ’s who will all be taking the venue to the edge with a mix of hot thrash/ska/punk and you can be assured will take the roof off!

Live support comes from Bristol’s militant ska punk band Spanner, Monkey Rush and their unique ska vibe (featuring Fil Planet) and also the gobby thrash punk of Crowzone. Add to this Alabama 3’s tour DJ Tattoo John, Micky Vespre and the incredible Fun-Da- Mental all behind the decks and you have a line up that would not feel out of place at any venue throughout the country, big or small!
