Free Pole Dancing taster lessons

Free taster class.

If you would like to try out a pole dancing class before you commit to doing a course you can try a class for free. Please book in advance through our website or by calling the office. Thank you.

What to expect at a class:

All classes take place in a dance studio at the gym so please wear gym clothes and your high heels if you wish.
Each class is 1hr. Please let me know if you have any questions.
