Capoeira classes in Piccadilly Circus

Capoeira Esporao UK is a Capoeira group based in London since 2004, with classes for all levels (adults and children) taught by Professor Topera. It is part of the international Grupo Esporao under Mestre Marinaldo.

Capoeira is Brazilian, and was created from a necessity for freedom during a time when black people and índios [native Brazilian Indians] were enslaved. At Capoeira Esporao students can come to understand the dance, the music, the musical instruments, the fight, the faith, the art, the history of a people and their own personal story.
