Kensington Palace Garden History Tours

his summer, Kensington Palace is offering its first Garden History Tours. The tours take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 12noon and 2pm, from Saturday 2 July to Wednesday 24 August 2011.

The tours will last one hour and will include exclusive entry into the beautiful Sunken Garden, which is normally closed to the public. Visitors will learn about the importance of the setting of Kensington Palace, the significance of its location within the park and the ambitions for the palace gardens as part of the current £12 million Kensington Palace transformation project.
