The Scoop at More London is an outdoor sunken amphitheatre with seating for 800. Throughout the summer months it regularly hosts a variety of free events - from free films, free music and free theatre to local community events and activities. The Scoop at More London is open to everyone.

There's no need to book; seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Many of the events reach capacity, so make sure you get down there early to get a good spot!

Suzanna Rosenthal for Steam Industry Free Theatre presents the 2011 Dangerous Journeys season:

Around the World in Eighty Days
The Mother
Shows take place on Thursday to Sunday evenings from 4 August to 4 September.

Look out for a series of after-show talks on Sundays, and a signed performance for the deaf on 14 August.


Free Films in The Scoop

Don't miss the popular open-air film screenings every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening from 14 to 30 September.

Screenings start at 7.30pm. This year's programme includes:
