This exhibition by Julia Francese is a retrospective of paintings and lino prints which has quietly progressed since the mid 80's. This is for an audience who enjoys to see a painting without the need for explanation. It is work that has a simple approach to art and likened to music. Self expression intrinsically linked with compositional design.

There will be approximately 35 oil paintings depicting various genre and the remainder lino prints.

The paintings vary in size and theme. A select few paintings will be for sale as with the lino prints. However this show has not been arranged as a commercial event. It's aim is to give the public an alternative to what has and is currently prevalent in the visual arts.

It has taken over 20 years for this artist to acquire the opportunity to have this exhibition, and it will be an event that will not disappoint, but rather amaze those that attend.
