Westminster City Archives, King's College London and Cityread London are proud to present Dickensfest!

Join Griff Rhys Jones and a host of Dickens experts for a special day of talks and readings to marking the 200th birthday of Charles Dickens.

Throughout the day, speakers from leading arts organisations will be shedding new light on Dickens' life and works, and sharing their passion for all things Dickensian.

We'll also be bringing your favourite Dickens' novels to life through live readings by actor Gordon Milne.

Do come along to this important event, it promises to be extremely informative. People often say to me at my Talks that there is so much to learn about the great man, so here is your chance, and it's free! There is a fine lineup of speakers and subjects- hearty congratulations to the organisers putting on this spectacle.
