About the event:

Our beginners bridge camera / DSLR workshop is a full & fun day of hands-on tuition, providing you with the skills to get better results from your bridge/ DSLR camera and to get it off auto mode! This one day intensive course will teach you how to take advantage of the functions and features your bridge/ DSLR camera enabling you to take photographs you can be proud of. The first half of the course we will explore the functions of your camera with practical examples and students go out and take some photographs using the techniques learnt (with the guidance of our tutors).

By the end of the day you will be able to blur backgrounds, capture action and fully understand what the functions on your camera actually do, and how and when to use them correctly. It's a lot to cover in a day so we give every student our unique interactive notes to go through what has been covered during the day. Students are also given 5 projects to do in their own time that are submitted and given feedback by our tutors.
