About the event :Weekly Hatha Yoga classes for beginners and improvers, Classes begin with seated breath work, a few warm up exercises, then the main part of the class is the Asana or Postures practice, the poses are sometimes linked through a gentle flowing sequence called a vinyasa and sometimes held static for a few breaths or longer, at the end of the class whilst you are lying on your mat I talk you through a guided relaxation known as Yoga nidra or yogic sleep.
