After an immense launch at Heroes we're coming back in May with more memorable musicians, including a UK album launch and an incredible big band.

Followed by a DJ set by Jazzmoods presenter Gordon Wedderburn.

MO JAZZ ORCHESTRA
This 17 piece always manage to raise the hairs on the back of your neck with their big band funk, jazz and swing sound. Former residents at the Cross Kings and recently having performed at The Vortex, you know you'll be in for a treat with their extended set.

CLAUDIO SIGNORILE feat. RHA STRANGES
Flying in from Italy especially to perform his new album 'A Song 4 Each Day' is phenomenal bassist Claudio Signorile. After performing as the finalist in several international bass competitions, including Bass Master in Zagreb and EuroBassday in Verona, and winning the 2011 Tour Music Fest in Rome, he is here to perform his debut album for us in London, with Rha Stranges on drums. A one-off, not to be missed.

SENA QUARTET
Previous resident band at The Jazz Market throughout 2011, this ever adapting brainchild of drummer Gaspar Sena will feature that classic organ sound with guitar as they perform contemporary jazz numbers and originals. All highly skilled musicians from Middlesex University, not to be missed!

Followed by a jazz DJ set full of funk, hip hop and contemporary jazz by Generation Radio and UK Jazz Radio DJ Gordon Wedderburn.

Heroes Bar is halfway between Camden and Kentish Town tube stations, opposite the Abbey Tavern.
