This revelatory concert offers up 6 world premières from 6 composers at 6pm, and promises to offer up some devilish delights.

The concert’s climax is provided by the eagerly anticipated UK premiere of Kancheli’s deeply evocative song cycle Exil, which sets Biblical texts (Psalm 23) alongside poems by Paul Celan. Leading soprano and RCM professor Janis Kelly, fresh from her triumphal debut at The Metropolitan Opera in New York, performs this modern masterpiece.
