This is a beginner’s class, for women of all sizes and ages (age 16+). No previous experience is needed. It’s a great way to improve your fitness, burn calories, build confidence and have fun!
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes you can move easily in. Bring a scarf to wear around your hips. Book in advance.
