Flower Power

To celebrate this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show, Le Cercle Lounge Restaurant is launching its flower menu available from 15th May until 2nd June 2012. Rosemary flower, borage, daisies and more will be the stars of the new Gallic menu in honour of the famed event.

Embracing the spring flavours, Head Chef Pierre Mirepoix captured the best of the season with his five-course menu that includes dishes such as Pan fried Sea Bass, green almond coulis, black aubergine and daisies. Guests will also be tempted with Roasted lamb chump, polenta fries, confit tomatoes and Rosemary flower and the sweet tooth will not resist in the Dark chocolate tart & Violet ice cream.

Gregory Martine, the restaurant manager, comments “the Chelsea Flower Show is a very important event for our borough and we love to be part of it with our dedicated menu. We hope that once again this year, it will treat gardening and botanical enthusiasts to new taste and aromas.”
