An exhibition exploring the art of contemplation; to commemorate the visit of His Holiness the Dalai Lama to London in June 2012.

Entering through the replica West Gate of Lhasa - this stupa will transport you both physically and symbolically into the exhibition.
Standing before the potala palace, place of pilgrimage, we can contemplate our own journeys in this world.
Spin prayer wheels, create your own prayer flag messages and experience the black yak hair tent, before trying out the prostration boards - get your mind and body working in harmony, then finally relax with tibetan momos and refreshments.
