The fabulous team behind cocktail institution Callooh Callay is launching a four day pop-up restaurant from 12-15th June in Shoreditch.
Beard to Tail will offer amazing cocktails and a suitably carnivorous menu of dishes such as the ĎRumpie-Pumpie for 2í Ė a hump of slow-roasted Old Spot pork rump, sage and wild garlic crust with house Bramley apple sauce. Dishes will be very reasonably priced at £8-£13, and with just 35 covers (no bookings). Beard to Tail is sure to be summerís hottest ticket.
