An exploration of world cuisine, curated by the highly-acclaimed and award-winning chef Paul Merrett, in support of the charity Freedom from Torture. The Big Cook Up will feature a range of fantastic dishes, designed especially for the event by a hand-picked team of top chefs, and inspired by recipes from around the world. Guests will see the food prepared before their eyes, before having the chance to enjoy each dish, complimented by free specialist wine and spectacular live world music. The climax of the evening will be a fast-paced luxury auction, with prizes including a luxury week-long break for two in Northern Cyprus, a private dinner party for ten prepared by a celebrity chef in your own home, and even the chance to win your own weight in wine. All of the money raised on the night will go to support the work of Freedom from Torture – the only national organisation in the UK dedicated solely to the rehabilitation of torture survivors.
