Flavours of the Atlantic Coast Food and Wine Tasting Masterclass

Experience a taste of Europe’s Atlantic coast with a bespoke themed Masterclass at Vinopolis, London’s premium food and wine tasting destination.

Famed gourmet delights from the regions including wines from Bordeaux and Rioja, Port, cheeses and chocolates form the spectrum of flavours on offer during the masterclass. Vinopolis’ wine expert Tom Forrest will take guests on a gastronomic journey through France, Spain and Portugal.

Tom has created a special Masterclass inspired by a dedicated Vinopolis cruise that he and Oz Clarke will be hosting during this autumn’s wine harvest season. Featuring some classic – and mouth-watering – food and wine combinations well known to these parts of the world, the Masterclass will begin with two wines paired with English cheeses, guests will then head to Bordeaux, France via two of their renowned wines. The journey continues onto Spain for two more wines, from the Rioja region, and the experience is rounded off in Portugal with a vintage Port served with chocolate.
