What makes certain foods so enjoyable and others so broadly disliked? Can our appetite be controlled? How might other factors such as our environment affect our enjoyment of food? Professor John Blundell will explore the relationship between our appetite and food choice and find out how much factors such as physical activity and energy balance can affect the amount we eat.
Professor John Blundell is Chair of Psychobiology and Director of the Human Appetite Research Unit at the University of Leeds.
