Fast approaching their 2nd Birthday, the hugely popular monthly party, Bodymove takeover Egg for 2 day Weekender kicking off on Friday July 6th with influential DJ/Producer, Darren Emerson playing a rare all night set in the capital.

One of London's biggest nights, Bodymove, showcases the best in cutting edge talent and International guests such as longtime electronic music icon, Darren Emerson, part of the original Underworld trio behind the massive “Born Slippy” hit that soundtracked the hit “Trainspotting” movie. With a career spanning almost 20 years, Emerson is one of electronic music's most influential figures. He became a member of Underworld at the age of 18, and stayed with the group until 2000, helping produce massive singles like "Rez," "Cowgirl" and "Born Slippy." He's DJ'd solo ever since, mixing several compilations for Global Underground as well as a few for his old label, Underwater Records, and produced the Ibiza classic ‘Scorchio' with DJ cohort, Sasha.
As well as his influential Underworld productions and huge Underwater sessions events in Ibiza and beyond, Darren has recently launched a new record label, called Detone, and will be mixing up Exclusives in his all night set.

Recently hailed on ViewLondon, Bodymove continues to smash its own box office records after sold-out parties with Layo & Bushwacka in March and New Iberican League’s DJ Chus & David Penn in June. It’s faithful, all night party crowd can’t get enough of the Bodymove DJ Exclusives and hedonistic atmosphere, and it continues to blow Saturday night numbers for Egg, Kings Cross’ leading club.

Transforming the Egg, Bodymove extols in true party style as the capital’s leading cosmopolitan Upfront House and cutting edge electronica haven with its customised production and visuals, confetti explosions, and animation, Bodymove puts on the glitz for its hedonistic late-night party crowd.
