La Tipica is an innovative, contemporary flamenco company formed in London in 2008. ‘Desde el Silencio’ is a journey through moments of intimacy: loneliness, parting of ways, joy, changes. Music and choreography interact,enhancing the strength of the images and the emotional contrasts. In this work, La Tipica use a contemporary flamenco language greatly influenced by both contemporary dance and jazz.
